The unit was just as described and the photos in the listing must be recent as it looks just like the photos. The place was clean and comfortable with a clear view of the beach. Unfortunately, the amenities are not available at this time, it seems as though a lot of Daytona is still recovering from the hurricane. Truthfully though, I don't go on vacation to Daytona Beach to spend my time in the hotel. Also, this is no fault of Conrad's, he did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable, he even offered to help unload our car if we needed. I would definitely recommend Conrad's place and will stay there the next time I'm in the Daytona area.

We had an amazing stay at the Daytona Beach Resort Hotel in this beautiful 1-bedroom condo! The unit was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the private balcony offered breathtaking ocean views — perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We even got to meet Conrad😊!!! We will definitely be back soon!

Had a great stay at Conrad's place! I was looking for a clean simple place on the ocean and that's what I got. Accessing the unit was simple and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful at all times. Communication before, during and after were great. The view is beautiful! Although the unit is on the side of the building, you have full unobstructed views. The water pressure was great and the shower was hot, which is very important to me. Publix is right across the street, which was very convenient. The front parking lot fills up quickly, but the adjacent lot is also convenient. Just a couple things to note...there is not enough room on the balcony for chairs and there is no oven in the kitchen. Really enjoyed my time there and would stay there again when in the area.

Great place , loved the ocean view and close proximity to everything we wanted to. The actual unit is cozy, clean , had everything we needed . The building is still undergoing maintenance from storm damage so no pool other building amenities but we knew that and we’re fine with it . There was a poster water shutoff for 6 hours in the building while we stayed which was slightly inconvenient but the not the worst thing ever . Overall , great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad’s place. The house is in a prime location for the historic district, walkable to lots of spots. We took a ghost tour and walked right over to the trolley station that evening. Having your own parking spot and washer and dryer is great too. Conrad was an excellent host and very quick to respond. We look forward to visiting again!

We loved the condo! Being able to cook is always a plus. The fitness center and outdoor pool were usable and great. It’s an easy walk out to the ocean. We traveled in December so it was quiet. Conrad was an excellent host and the condo was clean and comfortable.

Great place, will stay again! We travel to Daytona frequently and are familiar with this property and location. The amenities (pool, restaurant, parking garage) were unavailable due to the recent hurricanes which we completely understand. The condo itself has a very spacious separate bedroom and large bathroom which we appreciate. We were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed for our stay. It was great to be on the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions. We will definitely contact Conrad again for our return Daytona trips!

My girlfriend was especially impressed with his responsiveness. I was too, we had a problem with the sliding door to the balcony and within 10 minutes he had someone coming in to help us! He was great and very responsive. There was a minor issue during my stay and he fixed it right away! In addition to this, since I didn’t have a chance to read the early check in instructions, I was not able to check in early. But he was still able to accommodate and let me in 15 minutes early. The beach view is a corner view and it right outdoor. All of the instructions were clear and easy to follow and check out was simple. I would definitely visit again.

This charming, well-appointed home is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood-easily walkable to many historic sites, shops and restaurants. I spent a good deal of time sitting in the "secret" side garden surrounded by lush greenery, sipping wine and reviewing my days. The kitchen was a joy to cook in-well thought out with newer appliances and everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable as was the living room couch. Conrad provided all initial paper products and toiletries as well as excellent instructions for the TV, the oven, and thermostat. This place is a gem for the price and I would definitely recommend it.

I recently stayed at a beachside property and it was everything I hoped for and more. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand, with stunning ocean views. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The bed was super cozy, the AC worked great, and there were even beach chairs and towels provided, which was a nice bonus. What I loved most was how peaceful and private it felt. Even though we were close to local restaurants and shops, the beach never felt overcrowded. The host/staff were also friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach escape, I’d highly recommend this spot. I left feeling totally refreshed and can’t wait to come back!

This Airbnb stay was amazing. Beach front and right by everything we needed. The Publix and dollar tree right across the street was sooooo convenient. Loved the place! Location can’t be beat, space matched the photos exactly. Pool was warm, we were swimming every day. My son was in the ocean daily too- even though the ocean water was 65! Had lunch on the pier one day, and we had great food and service. We will return!

What could be better than a condo right on the beach? We found Sunglow Resort a perfect place for two couples to enjoy each other’s company while relaxing under beach umbrellas and feasting at Crabby Joe’s on the pier. Parking is easy and close by. The beach and restaurant on the pier are an easy walk. And what a beautiful beach it is. The beds were comfortable, too! Our host was super responsive to any questions and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend you try it! We definitely want to come back.

Best of all, the beach was never crowded—it truly felt like having our own private beach, which made our stay so peaceful and enjoyable. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Conrad was a wonderful host, and it was clear he takes great pride in keeping his place clean and welcoming. The only thing worth mentioning is that the building itself is older, and the one pool that was open could use some renovation. However, the property is currently undergoing renovations, which is great to see. More importantly, that has nothing to do with Conrad or the condition of his condo. His unit exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The view alone was worth it! everything was clean and beautiful. Stores and restaurants are right across the street. Conrad sent a list of restaurants and more. Very responsive to every question. I will be looking to come back into the area, I will stay here if available! Perfect for my mommy daughter trip. All amenities are closed due to storm damage. But it's a perfect view so we sat on balcony morning noon and night! i would truly recommend this location!

Went down for jeep beach and loved the place. Very spacious. Great cold AC for after those hot beach days. The entire complex is being updated. Would definitely recommend and book again.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this resort-including my toddler! Although the building was under construction/had closed off pools, the view was breath taking and the space was cozy and peaceful. The renovations did not stop us from enjoying our time at this location. The building is steps away from the beach and located nearby many attraction sites, restaurants, and shops that gave us plenty to do out on the town. Conrad's condo was very clean and was supplied with every essential that you could possibly need! He was very prompt with responding to our needs and we definitely recommend trying the restaurants that he listed on his website-they did not disappoint! We will definitely be back to visit Daytona again, at his location!

from easy access to parking to reaching the beach in minutes, place was perfect to enjoy the beach at its fullest. a lot of restaurants nearby & just about everything you would need. room was clean, no problems at all during our stay.

The stay was wonderful, Conrad was very responsive both before and during the stay. The room was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again. Although the hotel is undergoing some construction and refurbishment, it shows some real potential and was still more than capable of hosting an enjoyable trip. That was not the fault of the host and the areas under his control were exceptional. Active construction interruptions were minimal to none. One of the outside pools and the inside pool was open as well as both hot tubs.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the race. Conrad was always quick to respond no matter what the question was, before booking and after. Unit was perfect for us. I loved having a kitchen, and everything you’d need to use the kitchen. Loved the space the unit had, as most hotel type rooms are so small, which makes it hard when having 2 kids. So this really was perfect. There was construction going on, but that was noted beforehand and really didn’t affect our stay at all. They still had functioning pools, which was a must for my kids! The only small things that could be added that could make a big difference in my opinion; is a small vacuum, broom was provided tho! I’m just a sucker for a small vacuum when it comes to cleaning up at the end of every day. And a small stool or something of the sort in the shower. Like I said, small things that really aren’t a make or break tho. Truly no complaints tho. A great place to stay. We loved the area, and the convenience of a grocery store right across the road was a big win for us. ❤

I stayed here as a mini birthday getaway and it did not disappoint. The place looked exactly like the photos, was spotless, and even smelled clean. The view was amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. Conrad was a phenomenal host and communicated with me throughout the trip, and even gave me restaurant recommendations as well as what to try at the restaurant. I had a personal matter come up and he was extremely accommodating and understanding regarding the situation. Great stay overall!

We had a great time at this condo. The view overlooking the beach was fantastic. Note that a few of the out-of-service amenities that were highlighted when we booked are actually back in service. The indoor pool and one of the outdoor pools are now open from 8AM-8PM as well as the gym. The only negative yet is that the access to the ocean is still under repair. You can access the ocean through the public access next to the unit, so it's still relatively convenient. Conrad was super responsive to a few inquiries we had. He is a great host.

Over all everything was wonderful, the Host is very responsive. The room was great for the time we were in it. Yes the building is currently being worked on and that was clear in the description and messaged to us. The only downside and I am not dropping start for it because it’s not there fault is that the buildings AC (not the AC in unit) is off so it was a bit warm in the entire building. It didn’t bother us too much as we were out in the sun a lot. I definitely would recommend to any couple or individual/small family that is looking for an affordable and nice spot. We will definitely consider staying with them again if they have any units in our future adventures.

This was a good basic place to stay. It was a bit disappointing that all the pools are out of service but he did mention that in his listing I just have selective reading apparently. It was on the ocean which was so beautiful. Overall I feel it was worth what we paid especially when compared with pricing of other hotels in the area.

The views and the price make it worth while. Amazing views! Conrad will respond promptly for any problems, even at 6:30am (trust me). Also, learned a new word, 'condotel', the resort operates as a hotel but has sold some of the units as condos.

Only suggestion is a new shower head and a mat for the tub (can be slippery). We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel was right next to a shopping center and wasn’t in a terribly busy area. check in was smooth with clear instructions and check out went just as well. overall our stay here was amazing and we are definitely planning to come back when making another trip to daytona. Very clean, recently renovated unit facing the ocean was perfect for my stay attending Biketoberfest, the resort did provide motorcycle only parking, which was great. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, big sofa and large TV with all the apps. The resort is across from Walgreens and Publix, walking distance, easy Uber access to local restaurants and bars. Check in was easy, luggage carts available, elevators just outside the door, it was quiet, never heard neighbors. This unit is perfect for couples and solo travelers. I liked the induction stove top for making breakfast each morning. New fridge with plentiful ice. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise with the ocean breeze. Will stay here again if avail for Bikeweek next year.

Conrad’s place is magnificently appointed. Light, airy and beach positive. I loved this corner unit for its light and space. Having NOTHING to do with the condo itself, I found accessing the resort itself a real challenge as the road in front of it is split and necessitates traveling traffic light to light and making a U-turn to find access to the property. I came in late at night, and drove by (and missed it!) four times in a row. The buildings on A1A are sorely missing legible and ILLUMINATED signage. Even with a gps, I spent 20 minutes trying to find the correct drive.

My Husband and I absolutely loved Conrad’s place! Great location! Once we got to the house we never once drove anywhere because we were so close to everything we walked. House is absolutely beautiful. The backyard is so peaceful and just a nice retreat. 10/10 recommend

We stayed for our annual birthday trip and we’ll be back EVERY year! Conrad is a great host and the condo is absolutely perfect. The building’s amenities are closed, but it’s not a big deal since there’s so much close by. The lobby is clean and pleasant. There is plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a charming and well equipped heritage bungalow within walking distance of the historic centre with its shops, restaurants, fort and other attractions. The parking was a great benefit and we sat out in the pretty garden when the weather allowed. Conrad was a great host and communicated well and promptly.

Staying at Conrad's place felt like home. The place has all you need. I personally missed having a small cook top for my typical breakfast w/ eggs, but I skipped breakfast and went for other options later with the small counter-oven provided. Location is phenomenal, right on the beach, the 8th floor allows for stunning sunrise and sunset views. The studio was in pristine condition, elegantly decorated and very well maintained. Conrad promptly responded to any questions I had. Alltogether, I had a very pleasant an uneventful stay. Definetely will be back.

I would recommend this place. The resort are doing repairs to the sea wall but it didn't interfere with us enjoying the beautiful beach view and the pool. The 2 hot tubs and pool on the inside were very nice during the afternoon rain showers.

The Secret Garden on Locust was a wonderful stay! My now husband and I were in town for our wedding and felt this Airbnb was the perfect stay for us! Conveniently located to many great restaurants, coffee spots, shops, and historical sites. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and looked exactly like the photos! We absolutely loved the back yard area as well, so peaceful. Would recommend this stay for anyone visiting St. Augustine and wishes to explore this historic city.

Absolutely loved this beachside apartment. The location was perfect and was just steps from the ocean with an amazing oceanfront view. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire check-in process smooth and easy. The area was peaceful but still close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was easily one of the best parts of the trip. The room was great! Everything was comfortable and he was easy to get ahold of when I had questions about having a package delivered. The hotel itself was a little gross (found 2 roaches on the bottom floor when I arrived), but that has no reflection on Conrad’s actual room. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area

Conrad’s place was perfect! We were visiting friends in Port Orange and it was a short drive for us! The condo was extremely clean and was stocked with everything we needed! The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was comfortable! The pool area was very nice and of course you can never beat ocean views! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Their current renovations taking place, so the amenities are not available. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance Conrad was very responsive and receptive to anything you need.. you can see the ocean from the sliding glass door. The beach is right there..

Conrad.. I wanna say once again! That I appreciate how you went over and beyond for me and my family. Conrad was able to shuttle us from the parking lot when it was complicated to find made sure I didn’t walk in the dark. Also was able to shuttle us to my daughter cheer competition so that we wouldn’t have to lose our parking and also pay for parking at the ocean center. He gave great recommendations for local food establishments. Very responsive! Highly recommend to book with Conrad!

This place was very interesting in the floor plan but perfect with us bringing our 2 year old child they slept in the living room area and the bedroom is the entrance. Bathroom was very clean as the entire room was as-well. Very quiet at night and during the day not as loud either the beach area was calm and relaxed every day we stayed, making sitting on the balcony peaceful. Conrad is a responsive and well attentive host and will help in anyway they can. This location is practically worth the money even with the amenities being down at the moment. It is located by a Publix, Ross, spirits store for my people who like to sip and relax, and it pretty much has any other store you’d need within a 10 mile radius. Check in was a breeze you literally just walk to your room and you’re set with the code. Thanks again Conrad my family will add this to the list of top revisiting places

Great room, great host! The ad mentioned pools were closed so that was not an issue at all. However the pool area was pretty beaten up and aesthetically unpleasant. We didn’t care and enjoyed our stay, but if you are picky about the entire property and not just your room then it’s something to be aware of when considering booking again. We paid about $100 less for two night and parking was free compared to another option we were considering. We felt it was a great spot because of this and would definitely book again.

Very clean place with everything we needed. one day there was a power outage in the building wich affect the whole block that lasted from around 1pmnto 2:30 am. despite this being outside of Conrad control he went above and beyond for us due to the inconvenience. we highly recommend.

Booked this place to celebrate my 4th wedding anniversary with my wife. First the condo is way better than pictured!! However the building is going through a major overhaul which makes this place not a true 5 star but a 4.5.. The view is amazing truly and we definitely appreciated the early check in process and as stated earlier the place is better than pictured. The close proximity to stores (literally across the street) is fantastic. We are definitely looking forward to booking this place again. I think the wife and I have found our yearly anniversary trip place! Thanks Conrad!!

Truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The house is adorable and feels authentic, unlike other Airbnbs that feel built just for a rental. The backyard and the kitchen are A++. Cozy and wonderful. And the neighborhood is outstanding. Tucked away from the touristy frenzy, close to good restaurants, and lots of amazing architecture. Cannot recommend this place enough! First time visiting St Augustine with our dog. Would definitely bring OFF spray. Conrad’s place was comfortable, private, and near so many walkable shops/restaurants. Water pressure was good, no lock on the bathroom door but we didn’t mind. Bed was comfortable. We felt safe walking our dog around the neighborhood in the morning and night. Umbrellas were provided during our stay. Would definitely recommend Conrad’s place & will look forward to staying here again. It was a short drive to the beach & downtown St Augustine. We recommend ragga surf cafe (breakfast croissant), the columbia, river & fort, harry’s seafood, bronx house pizza, farmhand kchn & coffee, hyppo, tipsy duck, and spinster abbott’s (pastries & banana date iced drink).

We had an amazing stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing. 2 miles from the boardwalk. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place welcoming and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Daytona! The only con is that Daytona Resorts are outdated and the cameras don’t work but for everything else those two things are minor. There’s no camera in the hallway where this air bnb is located. Indoor & outdoor pool hours are from 8a-8p. There’s signs with different open/close hours everywhere so I hope this helps. Indoor pool was the perfect temp. One hot tub is set to 98• and the other hot tub and set to 102•.

Lovely apartment on the beach with a stunning view every morning and evening. Very quiet buildings and was easy to get too.

Great view of the beach from the balcony. I would give the place a 5 star rating however I can’t due to the facility’s lack of repair that goes beyond the closed pool and deck. Also there was a toaster oven in the picture that was not there. There are only two counter burners and there is not an exhaust fan. The host encourages you to not cook. There is no oven. You cannot exit the facility on the beach side of the building. You’re able to go out one side of the building through a plywood covered door, but then when you return from the beach, you must go around to the front of the building, which could be a little difficult if you’re carrying beach items and have children. Also, at first we were parking in the side lot, which wasn’t bad but then we were told everyone had to leave that lot or would be towed so then we had to park across the street behind a strip mall so that meant parking 2-3 blocks away from the facility. It met my needs of a great view so I was content. Good host.

Our stay went very well. We had a few bumps with check-in but it wasn't really anybody fault. Aside from that, the check in process was probably the easiest I've had with any stay. The place was nice with a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. It is about a 10 minute drive from the Daytona Pier and has a Publix withing walking distance. Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

We drove into Daytona as a layover for our drive and although we only stayed one night it was a very nice room with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend!

Everything is just as pictured and the space was clean and I was comfortable. The bed was comfy and I slept great. Towels were nice sized and soft. Conrad is an attentive host and answered any questions I had. I would definitely rent again. =)

Great place to stay! My only issue was the parking. It was a bit confusing but with more clarification from the concierge that it was next to the white fence, it was fine. They definitely should do like a walkway to make it more accessible to people who park there since we weren’t there only ones confused. Other than that, would stay again!

Great clean place that looked exactly like the photos, perfect location on the beach in Daytona a short drive from the boardwalk area. The property suffered some storm damage awhile ago which has closed 1 pool and the outside bar but that is no fault of the host just something to keep in mind, there is 1 outdoor pool open! Check in instructions were clear and simple with parking right on property, will be booking with this host again!

this place was a beautiful little vintage cottage that took me back in time the furniture was amazing everything was so walkable so close by I really enjoyed my time and looking down the streets and seeing all these vintage cottages and the history of St Augustine was amazing

This was the perfect place! My mom stayed here for a few nights after I booked it for her and she is still talking about how wonderful it was! Everything is very walkable and it’s nestled in a beautiful area. It’s even cuter than in the pictures and the host was so responsive and kind.

This place was amazing! I went on spring break with three of my girl friends, it was spacious for all of us! The view of the sunrise was beautiful! The space was very clean and only a 10 minute drive to Daytona pier/boardwalk. Everything was close even walking distance like publix and walgreens. I wish that the indoor and outdoor pools were open for longer as they’re only open til 8pm. I enjoyed the sunny stay and hope to come back soon!

This is the second time I have stayed at one of Conrad’s units and I will continue! The place was so beautiful, clean and inviting that my teenage son actually asked if we could live there lol! I loved everything about this place: the pool, the beach access, so many places to eat and things to do that were close by. Also, upon check in I was met by the sweetest gentleman named Charlie who gave me a whole tour of the place and the amenities and everything. He was so thorough that I didn’t hardly have any questions. I will definitely continue to stay at Conrad’s units and I will recommend him to anyone! 10/10!

Was a beautiful air bnb. The view and location were amazing. Everything was wonderful. Only 2 things 1 microwave doesn’t work and second is the parking. Understand it’s most likely from the storm and they have to remodel their parking but it’s so far of a walk if you don’t get lucky and find one up front.

I loved it here the beach was my favorite part. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful lovely sunrise and sunset in the 5th floor. Easy to access the room once Conrad gives you the information. You will love this place I stopped here two days on the way back to NJ from Florida got a bit closer to NJ and loved the Daytona beach!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience during my short stay that I wish I would’ve booked it for longer! The place was beautiful and very clean. I absolutely LOVE the balcony. I was able to go out and watch the sunrise both days and it was so peaceful and tranquil. Conrad was super sweet and responsive. Conrad's house was so comfortable and convenient. The house was very roomy. It had a lovely back yard. It was also very dog friendly. We were able to walk to downtown St. Augustine to enjoy the many restaurants. It was so nice to be able to park our car and walk to dinner. The beach was a quick drive away. The neighborhood was very nice. I would highly recommend this amazing house.

The condo was very nice. You have an obstructed view that was not mentioned and there has been a lot of damage from the hurricane. Both indoor and outdoor pools were closed.

This was our second stay with Conrad, sadly I missed the review window last time, so lumping both into this one. The first time around was in a newly renovated unit & was outstanding. There were a couple issues we noticed & informed Conrad just to make sure they were aware of the damage to the floor. Between the communication form Conrad & their willingness to do whatever could be done to ensure everything was safe was hands down 10/10. The room this time while not as nice as our previous stay (& in all fairness its hard to compete against a brand new renovation) was clean & everything worked as expected, lots of room, useable kitchen space, decent view & a comfortable bed w/ a large shower area. Over all it was a good value for the cost. Would & will look for a room from Conrad in the future. Great experience for a very last minute & late " lets get away for a evening" suprise trip. *Indoor pool/spa area was open this time around. Outside deck repairs are still in progress.

This was such a roomy, comfortable place to land during the record cold temperatures for Daytona Beach. We had everything we needed—even enjoying the Roku television. We appreciated the smoke free building and the fact that cooking fish is prohibited, resulting in a fresh smell and never an odor masking smell. The bed was very comfy with nice linens for the bed as well as nice towels in the bathroom. Conrad quickly took care of a question that we had. We never felt ignored. We would certainly return here if available for another one of our trips.

This is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed at in Daytona! Conrad has done a wonderful job with this space, we were SO pleased when we arrived everything was pristine and so cute, I wished we could have stayed even longer! Beautiful location & a private balcony made us feel like we were in heaven! We can’t wait to come back!

This location is right on the beach with a very nice patio/pool area overlooking the beach and water. The location is close to everything and we had no problem walking or a short Uber ride to wherever we wanted to go. There is a restaurant with a small bar on a pier over the water right outside of the residence that we found particularly handy. Over all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

This condo was perfect for our trip-shirt drive to Ocean Center where we spend most of our time. Will consider renting again for future trips

My boyfriend and I came down for bike week. This room was perfect for what we needed it for - Amazing view, safe space, quiet place to sleep, centrally located and easy to get to. Amenities are phenomenal. My morning cup of coffee on the balcony was everything 😍 Conrad’s promptness and communication was what made this trip incredible - 10/10 host and will absolutely stay again. Thank you!!

I loved this place! For the price, and beautiful view this was an amazing trip! Conrad was very responsive anytime we needed him. I just wish we would have known there was a lot of things under construction.Otherwise, we had an amazing time! Definitely recommend. Especially if the construction is over with! Another thing to note, the pool/room ocean view was amazing. And you are seriously within a 10 minute drive to anything. You have every type of store right across the street as well!

A very pleasant holiday. We enjoyed our stay. The heated outdoor pool was a plus. We even got to see a "Right Whale" from the balcony of Conrad's place.

Conrad's place was perfect, exceptionally clean, and the view is spectacular! It is within walking distance to a pharmacy, supermarket and several restaurants. From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, Conrad was very friendly, helpful and responsive. I don't know that we'll ever get back to Daytona Beach, but if so, I'd definitely book with Conrad.

We had a great mini vacation with our friends, enjoying the view of the ocean and the pelicans flying by, from the spacious balcony!! We walked on the beach only a few steps away and stuck our toes in the ocean- how relaxing! Our beds were very comfortable, so we had the best sleep ever! There were even Keurig coffee pods and cream by the coffee maker, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Conrad was so responsive to any question we had and we would definitely recommend him as a Host and his Unit for a fabulous vacation getaway!!

While we knew some amenities would not be available, is was disheartening that there was construction materials and equipment on site and construction not being done to get the use of the beach access back. This getting done would make the resort a better sell for future use.

Conrad is an excellent host. He was very easy to reach and responsive. I especially appreciate the welcome email that included restaurant recommendations, jogging routes, gyms and many other local spots. The bathroom towels were plush and plentiful. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head and pebble floor. Hot water was plentiful and refreshing after a day in the sun. Thanks to Conrad for a nice stay.

Beach was behind the building could walk to the beach. At night sat on patio and listen to the waves. So relaxing. Morning sun shined above the ocean. Breathtaking

The condo is extremely spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your beach trip, including beach chairs, towels, and even coffee pods! Conrad was responsive even before checkin. He checked on the availability of items for us before we arrived as well as was communicative through out the stay as needed. The condo was as pictured, clean and well furnished. We loved being able to have a full size sofa and table to utilize. The view of the beach was gorgeous and still easily accessible even with the repairs going on. We would absolutely stay again.

The pool and amenities were under construction during our stay, which we knew about in advance, so we did have to walk a couple blocks for beach access, though it was worth it. Overall, Conrad is a very respectful and friendly host.

The pictures don’t do it justice-way more spacious than I was expecting! The master is huge with a really nice shower. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise. A pool, hot tub and beach access right there. Host had some beach gear for our kiddos to use. Some nice touches, like phone chargers and blackout curtains. Conrad was super helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend!

We arrived late after the office had already closed, but the owner answered our call right away and was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in process easy and stress-free. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My sister and I were here for a short stay for business and it was my birthday. We love the place. Beautiful view of the beach sunset and sunrise. Conrad was VERY responsive, professional, patient and kind. He called right away when I needed help. I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a chance. Super cute with lots of room to get comfortable. Looks just like the pictures on the website. The beds were very comfortable and it even had an adjustment base to my surprise. A great addition to a wonderful night sleep. The only downside was no dishwasher, washer or dryer but not a deal breaker. This was a last minute find. It might have mentioned that on the website. I didn't really read the entire amenities. Not that important but might be for some. I will definitely stay here again or at the very least recommend this place to family and friends. 💞 Front desk staff was also kind and helpful.

The location and beach access is great! Near plenty of restaurants and stores. The view of the ocean is okay. Room was clean and exactly as described, just make sure to mention if you plan on using the pull out bed as they don’t automatically provide sheets for it.

Location, location, location!!!! I can't say enough about the location of this charming house. A small bar at the end of the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We walked our dog around the beautiful, charming neighborhood every day. Just a short walk to town. so much to see and do. At the end of the street is a dead end where you can look at the bay and watch all the activity going on. Plenty of short cuts to use to reach your destinations. We walked early to beat the crowd and had plenty of places to shop. I would definitely go back to Conrads.

Well situated with a convenient location and view! The place was as pictured and everything was clean and well stocked. The two burner stove came in handy for a quick breakfast. Conrad stocked us up with K-cups, sugar, and creamer. We already knew the resort was in the middle of a remodel and the amenities were closed. It was easy access to the beach and to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is spacious and very very comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools are wonderful. The ocean view is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler. It had everything that we could have wanted and then some.

Right on the beach, close to restaurants, and shops. Building amenities like the pool were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The only minor downside was parking, which was a bit of a challenge at times. However, this was due to the building setup and not the host's fault. The host was friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, highly recommend this place for a relaxing Florida getaway!

Conrads instructions to the unit were very clear, and easy to follow. Upon entry, the unit was very clean, well lit, and spacious. The view to the beach was nice as well. I got a view of the beach and the city, which both were nice. The resort was peaceful, and quiet. There were no concerns with the surrounding areas, and I would definitely recommend this unit. Parking is also very easy to access and find. There is parking in the front of the building, or to the side of the entrance, both, very easily accessible. You can also walk to many stores, and restaurants as they are very nearby.

We stayed 2 nights during the nights of lights. Location was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful neighborhood, very peaceful, with adorable shops and coffee places. Walkable to historic center , only a few blocks walk. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit St Augustine, very pet friendly too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Conrad’s house. The location was fantastic. Just a short walk to Old Town but still on a very quiet street. The house was very clean and comfortable and our dogs loved the fenced backyard.

My two teenage girls and I had a great time! Check in directions were super clear and easy. We stayed in a lot and definitely used the kitchen. Great coffee pot 🤩 The TVs are huge. The beds are very comfortable! We were there in November, and it was very quiet and peaceful.

Conrad was very responsive and helpful to every question I asked. Check in was easy and quick. Amenities were clean and up to date, and the space was exactly as pictured! We stayed here for Rockville and plan to stay again next year.

Great place! Very impressed. Unit was exactly as pictured! Well worth it! Would definitely recommend and rent again! Unit was very clean, and i was impressed with the quality and quantity of linen provided.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The beach access was just a short walk out the side door on the main level, which was incredibly convenient. We also loved that the beach wasn’t overly crowded, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time.

I had a wonderful stay. Will definitely book to stay there again.

We stayed here after our cruise to relax before heading home, and it was perfect. Conrad was responsive and accommodating with an early check-in. The condo was clean, spacious, and ideal for our family of five, with a beautiful ocean view. Great experience overall!

We enjoyed our stay. We came down from Iowa to watch our daughter cheer at NCA. Booked last minute and ended up being next door to our daughter’s hotel. The place was clean and quiet for the most part. I always wanted to stay somewhere with an ocean view and easy beach access! The only negative is that not all the amenities are up and running and there doesn’t seem to be anyone working on them at the moment-totally not the hosts fault! The pools and hot tub that were usable looked great we just didn’t have the chance to use them. It’s nice to have easy access to groceries right across the street. It suited its purpose and we would highly consider staying next year if we come back to Daytona.

We stayed in a quaint place that was very clean and peaceful. We loved that the beach was not crowded. Conrad was very responsive and friendly. The place was near restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again!!
